First under Dan Murphy and now under L. Brooks Patterson's leadership, Oakland County has been regarded as one of the best run, best administered and best places to live in the United States.
 
            To keep this Oakland County "success story" alive, which benefits all of us - as parents, business people, citizens - the 400 Club has enabled this storied leadership to succeed.
