Diane Reis-Harnisch - Executive
Director
Born and raised in
New York City, Diane came to the Detroit area in 1969. She attended
Ithaca College for her undergraduate degree and received her
Master's degree from Wayne State University.
Diane has owned two
businesses concurrently and was a director of an AV rated law firm.
She has a long history of involvement in Republican politics, having
participated in numerous Judicial and Congressional campaigns. She
was also actively involved in the 2000 and 2004 Bush- Cheney
campaigns. She was the Vice- Chair of the Bush campaign for West
Bloomfield, is a state delegate from Congressional District #9 and
is currently precinct delegate from West Bloomfield. Diane has been
honored by the National Federal Bar Association for the work she
accomplished for that organization.
Her greatest source
of pride, however, are her three daughters, Allison Kerry and
Tracey, her three son-in-laws Kevin, Mike and Mike, and her darling
grandchildren Devin, Jack and Gabriella.

Charles Tischer - OCRP Political
Director
Charles "Chip"
Tischer joined OCRP in 2003 prior to that, Chip worked in the private sector for EDS. He is a
graduate of Western Michigan University with a B.A., in Political
Science & Public Policy. He has interned for Congressman
Joe Knollenberg in Washington, DC.
In 2004 Chip was Director of the
Royal Oak Victory Center for the Bush-Cheney Campaign and worked
for the Knollenberg for Congress Campaign. Also, In 2004 Chip was
one of 24 people selected for a fellowship with the Michigan
Political leadership Program (MPLP-2005 class) at Michigan State University.
Chip is a current Rochester Hills Precinct Delegate and is an
appointed member to the City of Rochester Hills Election Commission. Chip and his wife, Janelle, live in Rochester Hills with their
Wheaten Terrier, Truman and Newfoundland Reagan.
