Melissa Fazio - Secretary

Melissa Fazio is the Director of Outreach and Development for Congressman Thaddeus McCotter. She shares her time between his district office and offices in Washington DC.

She also serves as the Secretary of the Oakland County Republican Party, Vice Chair of the 11th Congressional District Committee, on the board of the Bloomfield Hills Women's Republican Club, and a member of several grassroots organizations. She is a precinct delegate in her community.

Melissa serves on the board of Justice for Children, the Beacon of Hope for Lighthouse of Oakland County, Lakes Area Youth Assistance, Detroit Zoological Society and Chamber of Commerce committees benefiting local causes. Melissa began volunteering for the Republican party in presidential campaign years and now volunteers for Republican candidates on all levels.

She is a graduate of Michigan State University, earning her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She owned her own business before starting her family which includes two beautiful sons, Sam, 10 and Max, 7. Melissa, Sam and Max are members of St. Hugo of the Hills Parish.

David Staudt - Treasurer

Novi City Council Member Dave Staudt is Treasurer of the Oakland County Republican Party. He serves as a Precinct Delegate, a member of the Executive Committee and is a delegate to the State Convention. In addition, he serves as Treasurer for the campaign committees of State Representative Hugh Crawford, Oakland County Commissioner Kim Capello and other candidates and elected officials in the area.

Dave has over 20 years of executive management experience. including the past two years as Manager of Technology Initiative at Allegra Network, the franchisor of more than 700 printers across the United Stated. In the past, he has served in positions as COO, CFO, Vice President & Chief Technology Officer at printing companies in Southeastern Michigan. In addition, Dave is Managing Partner and an owner of Impact Media Professionals, a full service provider of printing and web services for small businesses and Republican political candidates.

A native of Manitowoc, Wisconsin, Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business Administration from Lakeland College and a Master of Science degree in Management from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. A Michigan resident since 1987, he has been married for 25 years to Jean and has two daughter, Rachel and Amber. Prior to be elected to Novi City Council in 2007, Dave worked behind the scenes for many years to provide support, stewardship and leadership to protect the interests of Novi, Oakland County and Southeastern Michigan. As a member of the City of Novi Parks, Recreation and Forestry Commission, he worked to protect the unique nature of Novi and it's park system. As the founding members of the Novi Parks Foundation, he aggressively sought non-tax support for the facilities and programs of the Novi Parks, Recreation and Forestry Department. He also served as a Board Member of the Clinton River Watershed Council, Vice Chairman of the Marine Environmental Education Foundation and Chairman of the National Clean Boating Campaign. Dave currently serves as President of the Village Oaks Common Areas Association serving nearly 600 homeowners in Novi.

A former Vice Chairman and long-time Board member of the Woodward Avenue Action Association and Woodward Heritage Team, he helped protect and promote Michigan's first National Scenic Byway. Finally, Dave served as a member of Novi's Economic Development Corporation and as a member of the Business Roundtable of Oakland County, Economic Development Committee, where he helped promote jobs creation and economic development in Oakland County.
